The work force is changing!
Many more individuals are working on computers remotely or partially remotely. Many have desk work when in the office. Working at a computer terminal in a seated position causes a forward bending (flexion) posture that can cause not only tightness in the shoulders, and also in the in the lower back. Some more intense work may offer only occasional times for postural adjustment. This is stressful for everyone and especially if arthritis is present.
Sit to stand desks may provide some relief, at least a postural change of position. If one requires or needs additional help, the help is only a phone call away!
