Gender fluid and muscle tensions.

I have had the opportunity to effectively treat individuals with gender dysphoria using Osteopathic manipulative Treatment (OMT). There are some similar patterns of tender and tight muscles associated with postural changes common in gender fluid people. The response to OMT is very favorable in relieving the discomfort of sore muscles.
Data from many population surveys point out that the numbers of people identifying as trans gender or unknown gender is generational and not associated with “young” individuals. Estimates range around 11% of LGBT people. 0.1% of baby boomers continue to identify as transgender or unknown gender, 23% of generation Z individuals identify as gender fluid irrespective of age.

A high percentage of the population knows someone, or of someone who is gender fluid (51%). These muscle tension patterns may also increase in the loved ones of the generation Z population since they experience similar increases in patterned muscle tension.

If you fit in this pattern, think of OMT to help relive this tension and help set the mind at ease without prolonged treatment nor medication. There are no unwanted side effects.
